Located at Westfield Parramatta, this project marks the first Auntie Anne’s store in Australia, introducing the globally recognised pretzel brand to the local market.

Our design translates the brand’s energetic identity into a contemporary retail environment that celebrates freshness, craft, and visibility. The open production kitchen places the hand-rolling and baking process at the centre of the customer experience, reinforcing the brand’s promise of freshly baked pretzels made on site.

A bold palette of signature blues and warm timber creates a vibrant yet welcoming atmosphere, complemented by playful graphics, neon messaging, and sculptural lighting elements. Transparent preparation zones, clear customer circulation, and integrated seating transform the compact footprint into an engaging, high-energy destination within the shopping centre.

The result is a lively retail space that balances operational efficiency with a memorable brand experience—setting the benchmark for Auntie Anne’s future expansion across Australia.
